Curawaka returns to Poland! Join us for the band’s only Polish concert, taking place as part of the “Roots & Horizons 2025” tour. Experience the magic of music that unites cultures and hearts.
Curawaka is a music band whose members come from Norway, Argentina, and Mexico. They draw inspiration from the musical traditions of these cultures as well as the wisdom of indigenous people living in the jungles and forests of the world. Their music is an interpretation of sacred songs and melodies, folk tunes, and original compositions in honor of Mother Earth.
Curawaka’s music is a response to the call to share what is real and wild. The band incorporates a variety of instruments on stage, such as flutes, guitars, charangos, percussion, and their sounds create an incredible experience for the listeners. Their concerts, lasting up to three hours, become a ceremony of their own, full of energy, rhythm, and truth.
Roots & Horizons 2025 is a tour offering unforgettable concert experiences that blend indigenous traditions, Latin American folk, and soaring Scandinavian melodies. Before traveling across Europe, the band will visit Costa Rica, Guatemala, and many unique places in Mexico. The concert will take the listener on a deep and reflective journey through their inner and outer world. The melodies and sounds will replicate the very sounds of the Earth, the vocals will both uplift and soothe, and the lyrics will provoke thought and reflection. Roots & Horizons presents a vision of what makes us human, what unites us, encouraging the creation of deep connections and the celebration of the gift of life.
